I am passionate about learning, specifically within the financial services sector. I have experience in client facing and behind the scenes roles, in retail banking and financial planning. I also have teaching experience and from this confirmed that I wanted to work within education - it was just about finding the right setting. My experiences and career choices to date have brought me to my role within Bespoke Training Solutions (BTS) and my goal is to support the business, the team and most importantly, exam candidates in pursuing their goals within financial services. My goal is to be side by side with candidates, to go through the exam process with them and guide them along the way. BTS offer a totally unique experience, a personal approach to each learner, we appreciate that candidates needs differ. We adapt to these varying requirements - which is where the ‘bespoke’ part of BTS comes from
