I have enjoyed 30 years working in financial services with some of the largest companies. Having been an adviser, I know what it takes to be successful and have helped many others achieve success.
I am delighted to be leading the Quilter Academy to help the next generation of financial advisers navigate their way to a successful and rewarding career.
Day-to-day, I attracted talented individuals to join our Financial Adviser community. I've spent a decade working in marketing and financial services, having joined as an apprentice. I'm also a keen walker, aiming to visit 30 countries before I age 30 years, and an Arsenal Football fan.
I am the Managing Director of Redmill Advance a leading financial services education company. We train wealth management professionals, empowering them to deliver exceptional services to their clients. I have worked within the financial services sector since 1997 and have enjoyed a 25+ year career in the industry.
I am the Operations Manager at Redmill Advance and my role is to get the best out of our people to ensure we deliver exceptional services to our clients and to make that a smooth and enjoyable process for all. The operations team is integral to the business and I support this by implementing robust processes, building strong relationships and managing projects. All with a focus on client outcomes and exceptional service.
I am a client service executive here at Redmill and joined the team back in January 2021. Since I joined, Redmill put me through the diploma in financial planning and in 2023, I achieved DipPFS.
Prior to working with Redmill, I have worked in the Financial Services industry since I was 18. This included working at some of the big high street banks.
On a personal note, I went to college in America after high school, on a football (soccer) scholarship, I recently became a proud father to my beautiful baby girl, and like John Smith, I also have to cope with supporting the same Scottish Football Club.
