Visual learning: Videos and Graphics.
Auditory learning: Listening and discussing.
Reading-focused learning: Reading or writing and text based.
Kinesthetic learning: Hands-on experiences and practical applications
Where do you fit in? Is it a blend of all 4 or are there 1 or 2 that help the most?
I find visual and auditory learning is great to take in the information but I need to apply it and get hands on to really understand it. Video tutorials are great for me and being able to discuss it with someone or just saying it out loud works for me. Then I add a practical assignment or test to apply the learning.
