I am a client service executive here at Redmill and joined the team back in January 2021. Since I joined, Redmill put me through the diploma in financial planning and in 2023, I achieved DipPFS.
Prior to working with Redmill, I have worked in the Financial Services industry since I was 18. This included working at some of the big high street banks.
On a personal note, I went to college in America after high school, on a football (soccer) scholarship, I recently became a proud father to my beautiful baby girl, and like John Smith, I also have to cope with supporting the same Scottish Football Club.
I am the Managing Director of Redmill Advance a leading financial services education company. We train wealth management professionals, empowering them to deliver exceptional services to their clients. I have worked within the financial services sector since 1997 and have enjoyed a 25+ year career in the industry.
I am the Operations Manager at Redmill Advance and my role is to get the best out of our people to ensure we deliver exceptional services to our clients and to make that a smooth and enjoyable process for all. The operations team is integral to the business and I support this by implementing robust processes, building strong relationships and managing projects. All with a focus on client outcomes and exceptional service.
I have worked in the financial services industry for 25 years with 20 of them being in learning and development.
In addition to running a number of technical training and academy teams, I have delivered training events on a wide range of topics to a variety of financial services audiences.
